1. In the application of solid wood door industry, because most CNC ROUTER MACHINE can not meet the fine carving and milling of woodworking keyholes, we cooperated with HSD CHINA to develop a machine perfect aggregate head to process keyholes. His angle It is adjustable (0-90 degrees). The size of the ER32 tool holder can meet most of the key hole processing.

3. Scientific and efficient vacuum system. We have designed an efficient vacuum adsorption system. At the same time, it is equipped with a movable small adsorption block and a positioning cylinder, which can meet any form of side milling processing.

4. Perfect CAM software and post-processing programs. Most of them did not have post-processing programs after purchasing cnc router, which resulted in complicated processing procedures, which could not achieve high automation and reduced precision. BCAM and China’s top engineers jointly developed Alphacam, UG, Solidworks software post-processing program, and the cost is not higher than 2000$ (depending on what style of aggregate head), this alone can save customers 8000$ in overall costs.
