Warranty Policy
This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which BCAMCNC provides warranty coverage for CNC machines and/or parts manufactured and sold by us. As a trusted CNC machine manufacturer and global supplier, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Scope
This warranty policy applies to all new CNC routers, edge banding machines, laser cutters, laser engravers, laser welders, laser cleaners, plasma cutters, wood lathes, as well as CNC parts and accessories manufactured and sold by BCAMCNC.
The warranty coverage described herein is:
- Applicable only to the original purchaser of the CNC machines and/or parts.
- Non-transferable to subsequent owners or third parties.
Warranty Period by Product Category
To provide better service and protection, BCAMCNC offers different warranty durations depending on the product type and series:
- CNC Routers (CA, SA, EA Series):
2-year warranty from the original delivery date under normal use and proper maintenance.
CNC Routers (S, C, D, E, F Series) and 5-Axis CNC Routers:
3-year warranty from the original delivery date under normal use and proper maintenance. Edge Banding Machines:
2-year warranty from the original delivery date under normal use and proper maintenance.Cutting Saws, Drilling Machines, and Other Woodworking Equipment:
2-year warranty from the original delivery date under normal use and proper maintenance.Laser Equipment – Including Laser Cutting Machines, Laser Welding Machines, Laser Cleaning Machines, Laser Marking Machines, and Press Brakes:
2-year warranty from the original delivery date under normal use and proper maintenance.
All warranty periods apply only to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
CNC Machines
BCAMCNC warrants that all new CNC machines and/or parts, under normal use and proper maintenance, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period as stated above.
CNC Parts and Accessories
Some CNC parts and accessories may have separate warranty coverage. Specific warranty terms for such items will be detailed in the product documentation or accompanying materials.
Warranty Services
Repair or Replacement
If a CNC machine or part fails within the warranty period, BCAMCNC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge. The decision between repair or replacement will be based on the defect’s nature, severity, and feasibility of service.
Return of Defective CNC Machines/Parts
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team before shipping back any defective product. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the package. Returns without a valid RMA may be refused.
Shipping Costs
- If the defect is caused by manufacturing errors, workmanship issues, carrier damage, or incorrect shipment, BCAMCNC will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer’s own error, such as wrong purchase, incorrect fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all related shipping expenses.
- BCAMCNC will cover shipping costs to send repaired or replacement machines or parts back to the customer within the original country of purchase.
Service Timeframe
BCAMCNC will make every effort to complete repairs or replacements within a reasonable timeframe. Actual duration may vary based on defect type, spare parts availability, and logistics.
Extended Warranty Service
BCAMCNC offers extended warranty packages for major components. Please contact our Service & Support team for details and pricing.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from :
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence;
- Improper installation, operation, or maintenance not performed per BCAMCNC’s guidelines;
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party alterations;
- Accidents, natural disasters, fire, flood, or external factors beyond BCAMCNC’s control.
Consequential and Incidental Damages
BCAMCNC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the CNC machine, even if prior notice of such damages was given. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so exceptions may apply.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this policy, BCAMCNC disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:
- Follow the CNC machine’s user manual and maintenance instructions,
- Report potential defects or issues promptly during the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase and complete product information when requesting warranty service.
- Allow authorized BCAMCNC representatives reasonable access for inspection, repair, or replacement.
Entire Agreement
This policy constitutes the entire warranty agreement between BCAMCNC and the customer and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to warranty matters.
