These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our products and services provided by BCAMCNC, a leading CNC machine manufacturer and international brand. By accessing and using our products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Scope of Services

BCAMCNC is dedicated to the research and development, design, manufacturing, and global sales of professional CNC machines, including:

•CNC routers

•Edge banding machines

•Wood lathes

•Laser cutting machines, laser engraving machines, laser marking machines, laser welding machines, laser cleaning machines

•CNC machining centers

•Press brake

•Other woodworking machinery

•Other industrial laser machinery

Product Information

While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided, and you acknowledge that reliance on such information is at your own risk.

Ordering and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment for the products must be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon during the order process.

Delivery and Shipment

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of ordered CNC machines and/or parts. If any damage or discrepancy is observed, customers must note it on the delivery receipt or notify the delivery personnel immediately. In such cases, customers should also contact our customer service team within 24 hours to report the issue. Failure to report damages or discrepancies within the specified timeframe may affect the claims process.

Warranty

BCAMCNC provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. Specific terms and duration of the warranty are outlined in the product documentation provided with each CNC machine. The warranty is void if the product has been misused, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BCAMCNC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, related to our products and services, are the exclusive property of BCAMCNC. You agree not to infringe upon or challenge these rights, and you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to our products and services at any time without prior notice or liability, for reasons including but not limited to breach of this Agreement or misuse of our products or services.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our products and services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement, for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Severability

Waiver

The failure of BCAMCNC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.
