However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return or exchange your order. This policy explains the conditions and process for returns and refunds. Please review it carefully before requesting a return.

We want every customer to feel fully confident in their purchase. BCAMCNC offers a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your CNC machine(s) or part(s) to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Only CNC machines and/or parts purchased directly from BCAMCNC are eligible for return. If you purchased our products through an authorized distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for their return policies and procedures.

• To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged with all original manuals, accessories, and promotional items.

• Customers must contact our customer service team by email or phone before shipping back any item to obtain approval.

Returnable Items

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

• There are workmanship and manufacturing defects in the CNC machines and/or parts.

• Defects in workmanship or manufacturing issues.

• Incorrect model, size, or specification delivered due to our error.

• Unused CNC machines and/or parts that did not meet your expectations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• CNC machines or parts damaged by improper use, mishandling, or tampering by the customer.

• Consumables and replacement parts, including but not limited to: router bits, cutting tools, knife blades, plasma torches, laser lenses, nozzles, and filters (unless defective on arrival).

• Customized or specially manufactured CNC machines (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

• Products not purchased directly from BCAMCNC.

Return Process

or by phone to request return approval.

• Once approved, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package, and include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase inside the shipment.

Refunds

• After we receive your returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to confirm eligibility.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours after inspection.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• For PayPal transactions, refunds are typically credited within 2 hours, although final posting may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Liability

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, manufacturing defect, or carrier damage), BCAMCNC will cover all return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to reasons such as an incorrect purchase, sizing issues, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
