Refund Policy - Jinan Bcamcnc Machinery Co., Ltd. (BCAMCNC)

At BCAMCNC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with our products or services, you have the right to request a refund in accordance with this Refund Policy. This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from BCAMCNC and within the timelines specified herein.

Eligibility for Refunds

•Customers must submit a formal refund request in writing by emailing admin@bcamcnc.com or by calling 86-15154109683 to confirm refund eligibility.

•Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

•Returned products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and properly packaged with all manuals, accessories, and promotional items included.

Refund Deductions

If the returned product is eligible for a refund, the following costs will be deducted from the refundable amount:

•Shipping charges

•Transaction charges

•Packaging and handling charges

The balance will be refunded to the customer’s original payment account, provided the product shows no signs of damage or misuse.

Refund Process

1.Once the returned CNC machine and/or part is received, our service team will inspect it to verify eligibility.

2.If approved, refunds will be processed within 24 hours of inspection.2.

3.Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase:

•Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking: Refunded to the same account used for payment.

•Payment Gateway: Refunded directly to the original account.

•PayPal: Refunded within 2 hours (posting time may vary depending on your financial institution).

Important Notes

•Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

•Customized or specially manufactured CNC machines are non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

•Consumables (such as router bits, laser lenses, plasma nozzles, and filters) are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.
